Richard Dee International established in 2003 offers a comprehensive mix of services tailored towards business start ups and those that are in the growth cycle of their lives.
The Company has European, US and UK experience which has been developed into providing realistic advice and support for businesses in South Africa in particular but as the title suggests we are ‘International’ and have the capability of advising on the correct structure for any global set ups, large or small.
Fronted by Brian Smith who has a wealth of experience in all aspects of accounting and business advice, our team is multi skilled and we can call on associates to provide complimentary services.
Brian has a Business Studies honours degree (British), majoring in accounting and marketing, studied ACCA and transferred to CIMA. Also skilled in HR, systems implementation and process costing.

Brian has had a wide range of experience, over 30 years, in the manufacturing, engineering and project management sectors in Europe, UK, Ireland, Denmark, USA, and Japan. For the last 5 years, South Africa.
Industry sectors worked in include, injection moulding, toothpaste caps, motor vehicle parts, car park equipment, automated materials handling, steel distribution, aviation panels. Also experienced in corporate retail, banking and mining.
Brian is particulary skilled in business valuations, due dilligence and business rescue.
Brian also works closely with start up and growth companies and specialises in business plan writing, marketing strategy, presentation to investors and post investment management of financial reporting.
We have extensive experience in accounting in all sectors and in particular Commerce and Industry. Specialising in Business Management information Systems, Business Planning, Budgets, Strategy and imlementation. Area of operation is South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town) and also Europe and UK.
We can also draw on a wealth of experience and offer immigration, emigration legal requirements, visas, business permits, individual and Company tax planning, book-keeping, VAT, PAYE, Payroll and all aspects of Accounting requirements.
